COVID-19 Vaccines Distribution

ElderONE is working with Rochester Regional Health, along with the NYS and CDC Vaccine program to distribute COVID-19 vaccines to our participants, as soon as they are available, free of charge.  

Informational letters were recently sent out to all participants and families regarding the vaccine. If you choose to get your vaccine elsewhere, please be aware the second dose must be scheduled at the site where your first vaccine was received. Many of our ElderONE staff have already had the opportunity to get vaccinated through this program!
