At ElderONE, we understand the frustration and isolation that seniors feel when they’re no longer able to drive. At no additional cost, participants of ElderONE receive transportation to and from the ElderONE PACE Center as well as to medical appointments. Our trained staff can assist any of our participants as they enter and exit the vehicle into their destination.

Additionally, our transportation services work closely with our recreation department at each PACE Center to arrange transportation for various coordinated outings. Understanding the value of our participant’s independence, day trips arranged by the ElderONE PACE Center are a great way for our seniors to enjoy all that their community has to offer without worrying about how they will get there. 

With our participant's health and safety at upmost importance, ElderONE drivers go through an extensive screening process prior to hire to ensure they all have excellent driving records. Additionally, each driver hired with ElderONE is required to pass a rigorous training program that prepares them for all eventualities on the road. Our participants and their families can trust our drivers to react appropriately no matter the situation, ensuring full peace of mind while participants are in transit.
